Book Review - Discussing Design

This book is about using design critique method. How to use it to analyze and discuss design in a useful and productive way. How to facilitate design critiques, and how to build shared understanding in the team.

For designers this book teaches how to avoid useless reactional feedback, how to separate design direction from design analysis and how to give useful and actionalble design feedback.

For design leaders, this book shows how to build a culture of useful, analytic feedback, learn from each other, and have good discussions about design.

The key is to ground the feedback to design goals - wether use flows, targeted changes in behavior or personas; Going from 'I don't like this...' to 'I that for this persona, there is too much information in this screen'
